Support Our Soldiers: Bring them Home

This piece I created for my little for my sister Q when she was deployed to Iraq. I painted this piece because I wanted my sister and our soldiers to come home. This piece consists of Bold outlines and colors. Once again no facial express because I would like for every to relate to.

BLACK AMERICA: WE DID IT

"Black America:We did it"
I was inspired to paint this piece when President Obama ran for President. Now this piece shows how through face book, your tube, Internet, emails we made it with all those components. These are the things young people use everyday and it was a great plan for young voters to come out.

All my paintings have no facial features because I would like for all ethnic groups to be able to relate to my painting. My painting are inspired by the 1920's artists during the Harlem Renaissance movement and the Great Migration where they painted on political and social issues that affects us as people.

Let me know what you think?
